Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to the website www.eventsunlimitedrentals.com and to tour requests, inquiries, and event bookings with Events Unlimited “De Banquet” (“we,” “us,” or “the company”), located at 105 Liberty Road, Villa Rica, GA 30180. By submitting a tour or booking request, you agree to these terms.

Tours

A tour request is an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation. We will contact you to confirm a date and time. Submitting the form does not hold a room until our team confirms availability with you.

Bookings & Payment

Payment is not accepted online. Dates are secured by speaking with a member of our team. Rates, hours, and what is included with each room will be confirmed at the time of booking. Extra time may be purchased for setup, breakdown, or party time, subject to availability.

Text Messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number and submitting a form, you agree to receive text messages from the business about your tour, event inquiry, or booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

What Is Included

Platinum Room: tables, Chiavari chairs, linens and chargers, flexible room layouts, and custom décor options in your chosen colors.

Gold Room: tables and Chiavari chairs, with a choice of black or white tablecloths.

Silver Room: tables and Chiavari chairs, with a choice of black or white tablecloths.

Use of the Venue

Guests are expected to use the venue respectfully and follow instructions from our staff. You are responsible for the conduct of your attendees during your event.

How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Tour and booking requests are also subject to our Terms & Conditions.
