Welcome to the Local POP Market at DeBanquet!
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our first Local POP Market, held every weekend at DeBanquet from April through November!
This form allows you to apply for a vendor spot at an upcoming event. Please complete the information below — but note that submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed to ensure a well-balanced market, and you will only be added to the schedule once you are officially accepted.
📌 Important Vendor Information:
✅ Full-season vendors are automatically added to each weekend’s schedule.
If you’re a full-season vendor and cannot attend, please notify us at least one week in advance so we can offer your space to another small business.
📝 All other vendors must apply weekly for the dates you wish to attend. Spots are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-reviewed basis.
💰 Vendor Fee:
The vendor fee is $100 per day for those outside of our full-season vendor program.
Full- Season vendor program fee is $85 per day.
🎯 Priority is given to full-weekend vendors (Saturday & Sunday) when building the layout.
📨 Invoices are sent every Sunday.
Any invoice paid after Tuesday at 9:00 AM will increase to $125 per day to cover last-minute coordination and logistics.
✅ What Happens Next:
After your application is reviewed, you’ll receive an acceptance email along with a payment link (credit card or Zelle accepted).
If you're vending both Saturday & Sunday, no overnight breakdown is required if your tent has all sides to cover— Although the property is secured, but Events Unlimited “De Banquet” and its subsidiary are not liable for any act of damage by nature or missing items.
